The return request should be submitted within a period not exceeding one day from the moment of receiving the order. Any requests sent after one day from the receipt will not be considered.
There will be no return fees in case of any defects in the items or differences in the product. The product to be returned must be in the same condition as received, with all its accessories (box, cover, etc.) intact and unused. A used product, still with the price tag, is considered used and cannot be returned.
The product to be returned should be in the same package or envelope it was received in. Returning more than three orders containing ten or more products is not allowed.

The return request will be reviewed by customer service, and you will receive a response within one day of submitting the request. Three photos of the product to be returned must be attached within the return request (front, back, and brand).
Send the product to be returned through the delivery company, and the team will assist you and respond to any inquiries. Upon completion of the inspection of the returned product and approval, the purchase value of the product will be sent to the same address and contact information used for the purchase.
